Rates are based on 2 hour guided kayak tour or half day kayak rentals unless otherwise specified. Kayaks are available on a first come, first served basis. Payment is required in full at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Online booking fees are about $5 per person. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at KayakEcoTours@gmail.com, texting 813.857.4634 , or calling at 813.857.4634 . If a cancellation is received before the day of the rental, no cancellation fee is charged and credit is issued towards another rental or tour. If the trip is canceled due to weather or any other reason, then a rain check or refund is given. No refunds or credit is given for last minute cancellation, showing up late, or no shows. Call ahead if you might be late for your appointment.
